This policy outlines the conditions for returns and refunds for purchases made from Uyir Unavu Organic Foods. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and this policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process.
Returns Eligibility
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 7 days of delivery.
- Product Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Edible/perishable products that have been opened or used.
- Custom or bulk orders.
- Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale.”

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Payment Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not refunded, unless the error was on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item:
- Notification: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at our cost.
