Refund and Returns Policy

This policy outlines the conditions for returns and refunds for purchases made from Uyir Unavu Organic Foods. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and this policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process.


Returns Eligibility

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Edible/perishable products that have been opened or used.
  • Custom or bulk orders.
  • Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale.”

Return Process

    • The product must be shipped to this address at your cost, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Payment Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not refunded, unless the error was on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item:

  • Notification: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at our cost.
